Danger
Especially in the chemical industry you will often find dangerous machines such as granulators and shredders. These machines have moving parts.
For protection, a door or a hatch safeguards these machines. It should never be possible that a door or a hatch is open while the machine is still running.
Unauthorized access of personnel could lead to major injury or even death.
Solution
To ensure safe operation a bolt lock can be installed on the main switch and a door lock to be installed on the access point (door, hatch etc.).
It will not be possible to access the door or hatch unless the power has been switched off.
The quantity of switches and access points may vary and is always depending on the client requirements.

Operation
During normal operation the main switch will be switched ON while all access point (door or hatch etc.) will be locked closed.
Switch OFF the main switch and lock it by taking out key A. Insert key A into the access point and open the door or hatch. The key A is trapped as long as the access point is open.
To go back to the normal operation mode the same sequence has to be mirrored.
